The signing ceremony of the project to implement the national immigration policies at the regional level, between the Ministry Delegate in charge of Moroccans residing abroad, The Wilaya of orient region, the regional council of oriental region and the Belgian Development Agency (Enabel).
The project, launched in Oujda, will enable the Ministry to implement programs of mobilization of competencies and create entreprises to enhance the contribution of Moroccans expatriates to development, as well as implement gradually and in a coordinated way the national migration policy at the national and regional levels.
